We want you to feel confident trying TaskDwell. All paid plans — Homeowner and Investor — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to:
Include the email address associated with your TaskDwell account. Our team will confirm your request and process the refund — no questions asked.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm your request. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Annual Plans
If you purchased an annual plan, you are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you will continue to have access for the remainder of your billing period.
What's Not Covered
- After 30 days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase or renewal are not eligible.
- Partial months: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current period.
- Usage-based overages: Any charges incurred for usage that exceeds your plan limits (e.g., additional AI diagnostic sessions) are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made, and you'll retain access to paid features until the period ends.
